FOR CUSTOMIZATION
- Items that are customizable are indicated with a C.
- We are able to incorporate your preferred colors and concepts, or you may select
from our existing options.
- For customized orders, minimum requirement is 25 pieces.
- A minimum lead time of 90 days, or an alternative period mutually agreed upon in
writing, is required for all new custom orders.
- This timeframe commences upon approval of the design, pattern, and color.
Payments will be required at the time of placing the order. In case of order not
delivered payment will be refunded.
- Please note that colors displayed on your computer screen may differ slightly from
their appearance in person. The company shall not be held liable for delays
resulting from weather conditions, carrier errors, government policies, or any
circumstances beyond the company's control.
- We recommend allowing at least 3 weeks to a month between receiving your order
and your event. Email for customization.
- Custom orders are final sale.
- Individual orders can be returned within 10 business days if
- Product remains unopened, unused, undamaged, and with tag attached.
- The reason for returning the product must be clearly indicated.
- Customer is responsible for the payment of the return postage.
